Refunds and Returns

Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our service.

This is reflected in our Returns Policy and means that you can shop at Surrey Clothing with confidence knowing that we can offer you repairs, exchanges and refunds. We reserve the right to repair and return any of the goods that have been sent back to us. Faulty zips and broken clips are normally repaired. We will assess the garments individually.

With your receipt*
We will provide you with a repair, exchange or refund. Refunds using your original payment method are given on most merchandise.

We will provide you with an exchange or refund using your original payment method, if items are found to be faulty, unfit for purpose, do not match the description provided or are returned unopened.

Without your receipt*
We will provide you with a repair, exchange or returns card to the current value of the goods on most merchandise. Please have your identification ready so that we can record your name and verify your signature. Acceptable identification includes driver’s licence, credit card or debit card.

*Please Note: Surrey Clothing has the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.

Please choose carefully when purchasing these items as there are special conditions that apply when returning this merchandise.

Refunds, exchanges and repairs will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the items is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the description provided.

Privacy
Surrey Clothing is committed to protecting your privacy. You will only be asked for information that is relevant to your transaction or to satisfy legislative requirements. Without a receipt, you will be asked to provide acceptable identification so that your name and signature can be verified.
